-B>Located at Kasba close to Pantaloons is a restaurant located on the first floor by the name of "Harvey's" which serves good quality food with exceptionally fine customer service.*
-I visited this place last Saturday with my office team for a team lunch. The treat was on my manager since he completed 15 years in the company. He was the one to suggest us this place and this was my first visit here.
Ambiance:- The place over all is really spacious and is decorated with stylish modern tables and sofas. The walls are white in color and the tables and sofas are white as well giving it a royal classic look. The floor was neat and clean and being a Saturday the place was being nicely managed by the manager and the staff. The crowd was mainly family people and a small part of the crowd was also youngsters. The place where the wide spread of food was layed out was far away from the dining tables.
Customer service:- The manager was humble and polite, and he asked us to get seated at the corner table which was by far the best table on the house. The waiters taking care of us were professional and friendly. The service was quick and the response each time was fast. And yes the waiter by the name of "Shuvradeep" was really professional and he even suggested us what to and what not to eat Food: - A wide spread of kababs, sizzlers and continental staters .The main course consisted of Chinese, continental and mughalai. The food was over all delicious, the chunks of chicken meat and mutton meat was tender and fresh. The kababs were nicely done and the noodles were cooked nicely aswell.Yes, the biryani was about average, no really good but the piece of mutton in it was nice. The deserts were good as well, consisting of lemon tart, chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream, freshly chopped fruits and yes gulab jamun.
Over all verdict:- Good food and exceptional customer service.Within the budget as well, for weekends lunch it would cost you Rs.800 with tax.
