Hi Msians, today I was very happy that I got to watch HarryPotter & the Half Blood Prince, first day first show, its the the 6th film in Harry Potter series, n I love them all. Call me a geek but I am a fan of the book n also the film.

well for starters, No background is provided, so audience must have seen the previous movies or read the J.K. Rowling books or they'll be lost in the film.

I wont be sploilling ur interest, so wont tell much of story, see it for urself, u will enjoy it, .

What I didnt liked about the movie was?:

It spends at least 1 hours on who should snog who, and instead of showing one of the most important fight scene that is in the book, - The final castle fight.

They added a burning house scene that I assume is supposed to evoke some sort of emotion?

There were liberties taken with the text that I think were poor choices, such as downplaying Ginny and Harry's relationship. I know there wasn't a lot going on with them in this book, but there was more than the movie portrayed and I think that the moment that Harry looks at Ginny at Dumbledore's funeral and knows that he can't be with her yet is a poignant one. And speaking of Dumbledore's funeral, why did they take that out?

Ending is surprising. Quite sad, really.

The trio, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Daniel Radcliffe are also amazing intheir roles.

Tom Feltonwas amazingly amazing as an actor, and I always really disliked him.n cried at the tribute from the students,

I love the Harry-Hermione scene on the stairs after the quidditch game; My favorite part(:

Though the Fans of the book may feel unhappy that some of their favorite parts are changed or omitted. However, Half-Blood Prince provides a carefully plotted story with plenty of humor to counter balance the darker moments.

David Yates, who also directed Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, has managed to find the best way to tell the Harry Potter stories effectively on film - as a tight suspense film that isn't too scary for older kids, with a good dose of humor, Young Love, and charm.

Read this at an interview, of David, he explained why he left out the huge fight at hogwarts and dumbledore's funeral. He said he left out the battlebecause of the battle at hogwarts that takes place at the end of the7th book. he said it would be redundant to have two huge fights athogwarts. He also said that there is a chance the dumbledore's funeral will be added to the beginning of the 7th movie part 1.

I still liked the movie to some extent.Again, you have to seperate the books from the movies.

The biggest thing about this movie was its character growth and emotional situationsbetween teenagers experiencing puppy love. It worked well this time and take a comedic stance on things, as well as being dramatic without "soap opera-ing" the scenes.

Over all it was good, maybe a 9 out of 10.

Do watch this flick, to witness some of the best special effects scenes. The small moments, the comedic bits, personal interactions, and fantastic art direction, cinematography.
