Hello Friends, last week was my friend's birthday and after much of request by one of our friends we decided to go for this movie. none of us was really interested as ''cartoon movie'' is not really for the young and not so childish mass. Anyway, don't mind....once we went for the movie and I sat there, You won't believe I was no more myself. As the movie started and the baby Hanuman came on screen I was lured completely, if you would have seen me there you would have thought that I have gone crazy as I became the child of 8 years or so.

Everybody knows the legend so well that telling again would be just utter waste of time but there are few things that I would like to DISCUSS with the INTELLECTUAL MASS.

why such partiality: -

It was first time in India that such a movie came up, but then why just MUKESH KHANNA giving his voice to the legend and why not any other star. I still remember when ''THE INCREDIBLES'' was released in India with HINDI sub titles it had some big names as SHAHRUKH KHAN associated with it. Earlier when Indian and Japanese venture ''RAMAYANA'' was released, once again it had names like AMRISH PURI associated with it then why this time that movie had just one not-so-known name only.

I have no personal grudges with MUKESH and I like him as well but I guess if some one much more known would have Dubbed for the movie then the response would have been entirely different.

First of all when a cartoon movie is released people already have the mindset that its just for kids and over that if it has no big names attached to it, it spoils the whole movie.

Coming back: -

Now coming back to the movie again, I feel that, though the first attempt, was fairly well. The music was good but could have been better, and same can be said about the graphics and picturisation and if any known actor would have lend his/her voice to it, then it would have had more impact.

I was very happy with the image of Hanuman but the images of RAM, LAKSHMAN and SEETA dissappointed me. why so plain images, they needed little polish. But when the whole story was about Hanuman then there was not much need as well. The ''Monkey Sena'' of Ram could have been much better. I feel instead of plain monkeys some more refined graphics would have done wonders. Ravan could have been much more ''petrifying''. seriously feel it would have been much better if directors and producers would have had some patience to analyze critically their graphics before putting them in the movie.

The image of CHILD HANUMAN leaves you all GAGA, is all you can say at the end.
