I'm very dissatisfied with the items received by ordering online on Haldirams Nagpur branch (haldirams.com). I ordered two packs of biscuits, those are received in pathetic shape. Not fresh at all and fully broken. The sweet received is also not fresh. I called there customer care, they asked me to send picture of broken biscuits.
Sweets not being fresh is not acceptable at all to them. I sent the picture to the customer support email id specified. But still no one is supposed to be responsible except me deciding never to buy anything from their site again.
