Pros-
1) gr8 looks
2) excellent business features
3) easy to use once to understand windows platform
4) nice battery backup
5) music quality in headphones is awesome
6) touch flow rocks
7) microsoft word/pdf works cool
Cons-
1) visibility sucks under sun, anything hardy visible
2) difficult to find original accessories
3) not very good resale price
4) voice quality not very loud when on call
5) camera and video sucks
6) processor speed not as required in a smart phone
7) its a bit difficult to change settings, I mean u have to think a lot before changing any particular setting
