I am a HSBC gold credit card holder. I dropped a local cheque for payment on 1st March, and the collected it 8 March. My current minimum due date was 3rd march, for which they have levied me
with so many charges.
I asked them collection details about the cheque, no body responded for that. I tried through phone banking they told my due date was 28th Feb after that it was disconnected. I tried so many times through phone banking but its being disconnect every time before I get any answer from them.
My personal experience is stay away from HSBC credit card trap. I think no other international bank has such worst service and any system to cheat there customers. If you ask any question by internet banking, they a preset answer and they will reply same thing every time whatever question you are asking.
So please don't go for HSBC Credit Card.
