Hello Guys,
I just wrote the Experience of CITI Bank, now I will like to share my good experience with you.
I got this Card thru appyling on net on the Bank Portal, I got the call next day asking about the documents and clarification of my personal information. I told that I don't have IT returns, nor any PF deducted Salary Certificate, nor any other Income proof required for Credit Card, so she told me if pay any Insurance Premium, I replied yes I pay yrly. Rs.7000.00 as Insurance Premium. She send the bank Represantative next day, he collected my Premium Reciept and I filled up my form and he assured me that I will get the Credit Card on the 8th Day.
And according to his words, I actually recd. the Card on the 8th Day, with the Limit of Rs. 25,000.00. I was really pleased, and I started using.
And last month I recd. another surprise, my Limit was increased by Rs. 4,000.00 and the reason : Satisfactory usage of my Credit Card.
The Website also is very user friendly, I had opted for e-Statement, and regularly I recd. mail that my statement is ready to download.
I should tell u guys this is the best bank with best service and u can say it is customer friendly.
