Last year I bought hp laptop au620tx which is cost Rs.59000. When I use that laptoo on showroom it was amazing but my friend told me that this model has some issues because he is already purchased that product and when I tell this to the sales man they said it was grat product they dont want to accept that this product has any kind of issue. When I use this laptop in first month laptop works very well but as time passes the performance of laptop decreses very much and it has major issues of flickering display but when I visit to service center they said we cant find any problem . We change your windows for your performance complaint but in reality the performance is still slow and lagy . I told them again they said it is normal that it will take 1 minute to boot laptop. I told them to diagnose my hardware for flickering screen they said please show uss proof first like video recording . and when I gave them a recording my product is become out of warrenty and my 59000rs are waste because I use laptop with slow laggy performance with screen flickering. and the body of my laptop automatically gets crack from many sides.
Guys please do not buy any laptop product they charge very high price and doesnot give that quality which you expect even the after sale service also.
