Hai, I have purchased HP Printer, From the day one its WI-FI is not working & supporting . I have complaint many times to HP Customer care but no engineer visited /called us to resolve our problem.I want WI-FI facility in my printer in addition to direct printing. So, we have purchased this costly Printer but I am very upset with the service of HP. Now I want HP to send their authorized engineer to check this printer and solve our problem, as it is within the warranty period.
I think it better to replace with new one in my case.
