Hello All,
I had surrendered two HDFC Life approaches on 29th September. For one technique the surrender regard aishwaryasingh23out happened in time withing 6 working days as ensured by HDFC. For the second approach(13798580) where the aishwaryasingh23out whole was high the aishwaryasingh23out did not happen notwithstanding taking after 8 days.
Exactly when endeavored to accomplish HDFC life through their reinforce email id, call center - They let me realize that the aishwaryasingh23out is on Hold and they will handle the issue in 14 working days. There was no reason given for putting the aishwaryasingh23out on Hold.
This is genuinely disappointing and they have in like manner stopped responding to my request on their customer support email service@hdfclife.com.
I see this as an unadulterated occurrence of withholding the aishwaryasingh23out to customer intentionally. Still I have not get the aishwaryasingh23out besides I expect a compensation for this deferral from HDFC. None of their increasing speed system contact point is pleasant.
In case anyone can help here will really appreciate.
