Not good staff - very poor!. Review on HDFC ERGO General Insurance

I had made a payment for my car policy on Wednesday of this week but havent received the policy documents yet. My previous policy expired on yesterday(Sept 15th). A lady named Priyanka was in touch with me and assured me that I will receive the policy by evening of Thursday(Sept 15). When I enquired myself about it she tells me that HDFC has a server/network issue(really?). I thought HDFC has enough of brand name that they could maintain a good level of servers/network. However a operations guy named Sarvesh calls me today(Sept 16th) stating that tomorrow(Sept 17th) is a holiday and I would receive the policy on Monday. He also said that I would receive some manual copy which would be enough to produce to the police if I get caught but didnt say anything about the coverage if my car get into some trouble(accident or something - God forbid). He said he would check on that manual copy and give me a call back. But since then I never heard back from them. When I tried to call Sarvesh, he tried to avoid the conversation saying he would call me back. Since evening he is not answering the call after hanging up on me once. This is RIDICULOUS! Is there someone at HDFC who is accountable to look at this issue?
