If you are the kind of person who are always in a hurry and need to use upto the last penny, then this bank is not for you. I have been pused into this bank since my company opens up a salary account here. This bank is the patience test for any one. The amount of pain they can give u in the name of security cannot be put in words, and there would be absolutely no one to even listen to your tale of horrors.
I had never come across such a bank which would want the signature to be as consistent as a rubber stamp, your cheques will never pass. You will never be able to make changes to your account since your Signature would have a micron variation which they cannot tolerate.
If life is going on smoother and your need some Pain, go ahead for the HDFC bank. I had seen this bank in the good old days when it was exceptionally good, but now equally bad.
