Hey friends today I am sharing my review on hdfc bank. I have an account in this bank. When I open this account they promise to give many facilities like internet banking and others.
But they really failed in their duties , whenever I use my accont banking it always create problems, its very slow to process and I apply setting times two three times to do any internet banking.
They gave my atm card in three months thats why I had a lot of problem beacuse its my salary account, and without atm I faced problem to encash my salary.whenever I needed money I always take it go throw the bank , this problem I faced three months.
Now I had six months to open account with this bank.
I want a credit card.so thats why I applied to this bank. Custumer executive of this bank called me and take my document regarding to card about five times. All the time they gave silly excuses and make me fool.i suggest to improve your custumer sevices thanks.
