I had multiple accounts with HDFC bank. I have current, saving account, family account, credit cards, mutual fund account with them. I do not have any issues with HDFC bank for all my accounts. I am more comfortable with the bank, also I am getting good response from the bank whenever I approach them for any clarifications.
(1) phone banking: Good Service for account related, for credit card is average
(2) ATM: most atm is available in all area including rural
(3) internet banking: easiest and safest internet banking provider in india
(4) customer service: very very good service even non home branch or non home location
(5) Loans: pre approved loan for account holder easy to get when require
