I have been using a savings account with Hdfc Bank. I have had the worst experience of my life I must say.. to be very honest there is no set standards or values of this bank. they keep on deducting unnecessary amount from my account. The ATM pin that was given to me was not working. They charge for depositing money in our own account and moreover, they deduct 550 rs if the amount in my account is less than 10, 000 rs. I mean what are they exactly trying to prove? the customers are fool???
If a bank would charge for depositing cash and make such stupid deductions, where will people go???
