One of the worst cust service and full of frauds.
I was told by executives over the phone that for personal loan 14% is the interest rate and 0.5% is processing fee. After collecting all the documents and blank cheques, I was informed that I was approved for a 3lacs loan with 18% Interest and 2% processing fee.
I rejected the loan on the call when I was informed about the increased interest and processing fee. Despite my rejection the loan amount after deduction of 18% Interest and 2% processing fee credited to my account the very next morning of the rejection.
I have not received any acknowledgement of the loan yet as on today(19/10/2010)
I want the authorities of HDFC Personal Loan to get in touch with me and show me the agreement with the actual interest and fee agreed upon.
I have already approached the banking ombudsman.

Exective who collected the docs from me MOIN
I need the extra charged interest and processing fee to be credited to my account within a week time or else it will be taken to banking ombudsman.
