Hi friends I like HDFC bank because of the neat service they offered to me.
I am using this bank for so many days and I always get a good customer service when I call them for help.
I would get an assurance that my issue would be resolved asap.
I always find HDFC ATM service available very frequently by the way I pass.
When I try to reach the phone banking agents the options are very clear and I find very easy to reach the phone banking office for any help and the wait time on the line is less when compared to other banks.
I have my salary account with Hdfc and I always use the Internet banking service which saves my time from going to bank.
When I try to add some one else account for money transfer I gets added before hours.
I use the internet banking for mobile and Tata sky recharge, money transfer, purchasing and so on.
Hdfc also offered me pre-approved loans based on my salary account and they also do top ups so I recommend HDFC bank service to all my friends.
