I have been customer of this bank from last six years. No doubt, their service is awesome. HDFC is good in all aspects whether it is phone banking, net banking, ATM or customer care. But when it comes to charges, we can say that they are much costly. If compared to PSU banks, HDFC charges too much for any service. But in order to get a better service it is acceptable to spend more. Overall it is a better option to get connected with this brand.
