I had applied a home loan through HDFC and eventually it got rejected beacause of very unacceptable reason. Later when asking for refund of processing fee it has been more than a month but not a single penny has been returned. there is no other employee to process it if the related person is on leave. After several follow ups and emails the response which I get is " we will check and revert."
They just beat around the bush and never gives any satisfactory answer.
very very bad experience with chembur branch. No co ordination at all.
