I have been holding an account in HDFC Bank for the past five years.I had opened it as a salary account and it got converted to a savings account in 2010.The savings bank account has a minimum balance of Rs 10000 to be maintained every month.I have not been able to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 10000 hence they are debiting a charge of Rs 700 every month.My account has been in inactive state for the past 3 yrs and still they are debiting the amount.
The no features in Internet Banking are not up to the mark.Address change requires us to only go to the respective branches in person.In the other private banks it can be done online.
A lot of changes have to be done to improve the service.Its not only important to call themselves No;1 but they also need to show it in their services!
