Two months back I got a call from agent Mr.Brijesh that HDFC is offering credit card for corporate employees with zero annual fees. As per my salary he told that I am eligible for Platinum chip credit card, under this there will be a 5% cash back, password should be entered before accessing credit card which has very good security. So by liking this features I agreed to take this credit card.
Next day one person came and collected the documents, application number has been generated as 12111015271310S2. Just after two days a person came and verified residential address and he called and conveyed that verification has been completed on their side.
After long time one SMS has been generated to my mobile as to respond to their letter that has been sent. But I had checked regarding the same in our office mail room, checked with house owner regarding the letter. They conveyed that I didn't get any letter, I checked out the status from the below HDFC Bank website.
It states as ‘DISAPPROVED’ for not responding to their letter that has been sent. I placed a call back request from HDFC Bank website regarding the DISAPPROVAL. I asked the courier number to share if they have sent the letter, but they don’t have an answer. Finally I understood that these guys are not going to resolve my problem at all.
In the process of HDFC Credit card, somebody makes the mistake and customer like me has to suffer.
Now I really regret for applying this HDFC Platinum chip credit card.
So please don’t prefer this HDFC Bank credit card as they don’t care for customer problems.
