This is a story about HDFC:
When I paid the entire amount ( 14 k) to them ..they came up again with a new bill after the closure of the Card . ..saying that the card charges are still there to pay .. I faxed them .. I got the mail from them regarding the Closure of the Account . I showed them, thay apologized for the mistake ...bust said 'you need to pay Urgently Rs 600 now'. Eventhough the card is Torn into pieces and handed over to them earlier ..They still ask for money .. these people are the real cheaters ... and to get an HDFC customer care to help you , it takes hell lot of time ...
HDFC bank have lazy workers like Lakshmi and Ramya ........I don't know how they got into such a job where they cannot work properly ....And Tell them as a Manager ........
HDFC must close their Customer care and Open more Direct Agents where we can Approach ..
The People like Ramya are misusing the facility .
