- They sent a mail conveying about 3 months payment holiday. It was too good to believe so I called the customer service and confirmed as well. But within a month, they started levying late payment fee / interest / cess and so on.
Also started receiving calls / SMS from recovery agents. When I called the Customer Service, they changed the entire story. Although I had the reference number, they had no idea about this feature.
- Customer Service - Every time I make a call, I get contradicting information. The customer service desk has a set of incompetent and uninformed representatives. They are absolutely useless
Please refrain from applying / using HDFC Credit Cards. They have no benefits whatsoever. And even if they say they do, its only bogus and too risky to believe them.
