Hi friends I am happy to share my experience which I had in HCL BPO.
Hcl has got his Brand name and its a MNC company.
It has got software companies, BPO, Hcl Laptops and so on.
I was working in HCL for 4 years and according to my review I would say HCL would be one of the best companies I have ever worked.
When you enter the Office you could see the wordings which says Employees First which means they always give first preference to the employees.
The working atmosphere was pleasant and team leaders and managers were very helpful when needed and kind.
Though working hours is 10 but still we do not get a feeling that we worked for 10 hours because we have big TV inside the working rooms to relax our self and we enjoy working looking at TV.
Greams road HCL has got a very big cafeteria which has got both Veg and Non-veg foods including juices, snacks and ice creams available.
We would always find the cafeteria open and it would be very clean.
They afford a good package and appraisal would be very genuine and good increment based on our performance.
The Brand Hcl companies gives Job security.
They do not throw the employees out if there is a process shut down they try to move their employees to the other projects.
Even when a employee does not perform they give many chances to prove them self, by any chance if they have to be out of the process still they try to move them to other projects by conducting a interview.
We have career good career growth in HCL, no matter if you have worked there only for 8 month, of the performances if good they would move the employee to the next level.
Any Salary issues would be sorted out asap by the HR's team and they are very friendly to the employees.
They provide cab services and free ab facilities for female employees.
All put together HCl has got good working and I would recommend you to HCL.
