We brought a HCL Beanstalk on 7 May2005. (305PAQ035203). In order to get better we upgraded monitor to 15” LCD or TFT display of HCL plus Altec Lansing Speaker model Number FX6021. They dumped computer at our on 12MAY2005 and installation was done on 16 May 2005. During Installations there were some error in the display pattern. Service representative marked the same on us stating “Due to Earthing Problem”. We organized a check on the same by our electrician and nothing as such was found.
After repeat reminder, their service representative arrives at our premises on 9 July 2005. He mentioned us that his support is all the things except Monitor. Now for monitor we have to file up complaint and wait for a week for a service representative to come over and expedite the system. Now even DVD is giving problem. First time I played movie and system freezes. Plus running any kind of application is a pain as system gets jacked. Altec Lansing speaker’s remote indicators blink of their own. There is no sound initially. Then indicators turn off. Again indicator blinks. And there is no sound. Gosh… Taken my patience.
Currently we are sitting with This Pain Called “HCL BeanStalk” Please don’t get carried away by their words. Seriously, we feel “getting cheap is the easiest way to get cheated.”
