A study was conducted that mentioned that if you had a Guiness for breakfast, you'd be just fine. It has about the same amount of carbs that a regular breakfast would have and ohh how that made me happy.
I love the beer! By far, my all time favorite. You can always trust the Irish to give the world great beer. From the dark body to the thick head, the foam that greets your lips when you take that first sip, pure heaven!
Just a few pointers: Make sure the person pouring your beer knows what he/she's doing. A normal pour in a tulip glass at 45 degrees for half a glass and then you gotta let it settle. After which you go ahead and top it off making sure to get that gorgeous foam head. A Clover gets you bonus points!
Cheers, only wish it was available at a few more places. I'm live in Bombay and I only know of a couple places that serve Guiness:(
