Today I ordered grocery online for the first time from grocery waale and it was a truly delightful experience. I was getting slot for the next day only so after placing order I called up the customer care to request if the order can be delivered same day. She checked with logistics and came back with affirmative.
The order was delivered in the evening. I was mainly concerned by the quality of the vegetables but to my surprise they were absolutely fine. Best part was that the vegetables were not wet and were also neatly packed. I was also given a complimentary ice cream which they have added in their store today.
One area of improvement is the range of fruits. But all in all a great experience and looks like I am spared from the most boring task of weekends to get veggies from markets.
