We went to Gramin last week for a lunch. It is located at Kormangala so the parking is an issue as there is no valet parking and all the surrounding roads are No Parking Zone.
We ordered a Paneer item, a tava item, buttermilk , Boondi Raita, Jeera rice, naan adn roties. The order was served fast- in about 10 mins. The ambience is typical rural style with low lying sofas. There is no AC but the venilation was good enough. The waiters were courteous adn understood Hindi!
The food was good, tasty and non-oily. The roties were crisp but the nans were not that great. The gravy in both the veggies were distinctive. The portions are large enough for abt 3 persons if you are ordering two veggies/Daal. The Raita was ok as the boondies were still hard and not soft as they are suppose to be. The buttermilk was too good, and was spiced lightly . The quantity is good enough for two from one glass.
The service is good but they need to be more attentive even after the food is served for any further repeats or a fresh order as we had to wait for a while to locate our waiter for the same.
The prices of all the items are reasonable. we spent abt 380 for 2 adults and 2 kids but did not go for any desserts as we were too full.
