I was fan of Google Chrome when it was launched and that time there was really nothing compared to its lighting speed. I was very fast and the product it had like auto translate helps you to read the data instantly in your native browser windows but all those vision and ideas were lost by some developers that decided that they will no longer support the 32 bit version and will only make is for 64 bit processor.
#1. Help functionality: On this front Google is always careless and they never care. You can try to reach them on any platform unless their support team just don't care as they are bombarded Globally with enormous questions and they never plan things well. This might seems funny but you can try to report any bug about their product and you will never get a response from them. Browser Help takes you to their website that just have the basic stuff and when you need to search history data for a particular date range there's no such function. Bookmarks cannot to be imported in the same sequence and you have to rearrange them. Bookmark toolbar and list are different and there is no such reference you will find on there documentation at help webpage.
#2, User friendly: It's more of less same as the other browser but it made head moved by it's speed but now it be 1 of the most bulky browser available and with nothing extra ordinary. The inbuilt translate function is failing miserably because even though you have the setting in place to auto translate it does not happen often. Passwords are sometime not saved automatically because the alert that pops-up comes only for just 2-4 seconds it seems and if you fail to click on it to allow then you have to again re-enter your password.
#3. Ease of installation: It's not a rocket science you can install it easily but most bad thing is Google just doesn't care to make it clear on their website that they are not supporting 32 bit OS. People that are still using Chrome on their 32 bit OS gets alert to update their browser and when they try they do not understand why they are not able to install.
#4. Features/Functions: Google in this part is in competition with other browser but it is still lagging because the kind of extension and addon other browser offfers are still not there and this in today's time is very important because you need extra feature in your browser to save the list of all the passwords that you have saved in your browser for auto-login so that you can just use the same setup on a different computer.
#5. Service & Support: Google doesn't respond to question personally on 1 to 1 basis and you just have to read and search on internet if you need some help. Support team is very busy.
You cannot rely on it because there browse even though all setting are in place still stops doing functions like playing an embedded HTML video, auto play a GIF file. Sound and Flash video. I would suggest you should try other free and more robust and successful browser they have very distinguished support team too.
