Watched this movie today with my partner and was expecting a roller coaster ride of fun and entertainment.. but the movie disappointed me big time as neither the story line, the dialogues or the comic timings are fun, some scenes are forced too much and the comedy is a khichadi of other movies and jokes which are not appreciated, It is about two groups of friends Tushar, Kunal & Arshad whose guardian is Mithun and Shreyas and Ajay whose guardian is Ratna pathak shah both Mithun and Ratna were separated by PREM CHOPRA as Mithun is a poor person and she a rich girl and they later change their tracks and meet due to some stupid circumstances, when Kareena gets to know this long lost affair she reunites them and then the two families stay together, the group of friends are already at loggerheads with the other and there are some scenes created to add fun element in those petty fights but none of them makes you even smile... forget laughter. It was a complete bad storyline and unlike other GOLMAAL movie, some snippets are from 36 China Town, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Dhol, and other movies but the director fails to impress or make you laugh with all the silly antics,
In short there are two kinds of movies GOOD COMEDY and BAD COMEDY, this one falls in the latter as it is termed as a movie watched without using brains but in that case the movie KHICHADI was a great piece of work in that dept. Just getting 3 stars from critics doesn't mean it is good. and the theatre audience barely laughed during its playtime, they may have had a tough time watching it but I had a severe headache . My review in one line- WATCH IT AT YOUR OWN RISK... COZ I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
