GOLDQUEST_FINAL_SAY. Review on Goldquest

I am not here to support or oppose GQ (GoldQuest). I have understood how this thing works very well as I have heard about it from friends who have joined this scheme. After reading all the reviews posted on this site about GQ I have accumulated all the points put by all members and divided them into three sections as per my opinion. Please go through them and let me know if you feel I am not correct in any of the points.*

Points that I find Positive about GQ

1) You could have an opportunity to make fast (& good) money (not easy money) from GQ by showing your commitment towards the program. It requires the hard work from your side.

2) Marketing tricks are common to attract customers to buy products, So why not GQ. It’s true that you spent more money than the actual price of the product but that you do for every product you buy in the market as business organization needs to make profit. You also never know the real price of most of the products you buy in the market. The only difference being is that what money you pay to the middleman in traditional marketing goes to the consumer itself.

3) There are government websites that authenticate all the processes in GQ like currency distribution etc. There are links that speak against GQ also but they are news only and not the opinion of Govt. Of India.

4) Retail price of the coins is agreed with the issuing authority, and the Quest Net is distributing it to customers through its vast network. Instead of wasting money in advertisements, QuestNet is trying to give that money to people who refer friends to buy it.

5) There is good team support and training for achieving success in GQ.

Points that speak against GQ

1) Gullible people with hard earned money are prone to join this scheme just to hope that they will earn lot of money in this program.

2)Some say that numismatic value of the coin increases due to the rare piece. But as more members join the piece becomes common and will not fetch you much amount as it will be available in plenty.

3) These systems encourage you to think of friends and relatives as potential sales targets. (Some may not find this point negative).

4) This business will saturate as the nature of the business says that. In this scheme, you are told to buy a product and you are provided a business opportunity. I agree that not all business opportunities are successful and they do not promise you a success guarantee. It’s the one who grabs the opportunity first and makes maximum use of it. I also agree that the money that goes in GQ is not an investment; it’s the amount you pay for buying a product. Most of the people buy products just for utilizing a business opportunity and if they aren’t successful, then there are a definite loss as the product is of no use to them. That means of the total people who join this scheme, 2/3 of them will be in loses as the product is of no use to them, at least most of them.

5) Older members definitely have a better chance to make more money than those who join later and it will definitely become more and more difficult for the later joinees to make money as time passes. Later joinees can also make more money than the older ones (As I know how this thing works, So I am commenting); But older ones will always have a better chance if they are skillful workers.

6)The true CONSUMER of these products should be serious hobbyists but everyone who is buying these products is buying them not because they are hobbyists but because they want to ’’get into business’’, therefore products are purchased only ONCE or at the most a couple of times.

*Points that do not have sufficient reasoning (Reasons explained in bracket)

1) **GQ is legitimate because Microsoft accepted them as a client.

(Microsoft just maintains the quest site; Microsoft accepting them as a client doesn’t prove anything about the legitimacy of this business.)

2)India loses forex (foreign Exchange) and the GQ Company earns a lot.

(Economic implications can’t be claimed until and unless hard facts are available. Opposite claims have also been made.)

3)Why is the scheme not posted on the public forum? (It’s available on the site and communication is available there.)

4)Poor developing countries like Nepal, Sri Lanka and Iran have banned it. (Indian Govt. needs to ban it to prove it illegal. As actions are being taken in other nations, doubts are understood and proper investigation must be done against these organizations.)

5) People lose time, energy, money and peace of mind in this process. Also a conflict in relationship arises. (Whether you are losing time, energy, money and peace of mind depends on person to person. Some people may enjoy this work while some may not. Yes, conflicts may arise if you push people too much to join this program.)

6)Time spent on these systems distracts people from productive or creative work. (Can’t really comment much on that. Well as I said again some people may enjoy making money in this way and facts are needed to prove that smart people are quitting good jobs to earn money through these schemes. My personal opinion says that ‘if an analysis report finds that many people are driving away from their day-to-day work for this business and this is impacting the nation’s creativity/talent/financial index which is harming the people in small and society in large’ then it should be banned and immediately stopped. If any such analysis is available I would be glad if that could be shared.)

7)It’s unethical as earning at the cost of others losing. (Can’t comment much on ethics, this maybe true, inputs needed.)

8)The one whose eyes are filled with greed, get caught to the same. (Don’t know whether someone is greedy or not but people want to earn money.)

9) GQ fails to provide promised service to every member. (Some incidents might have happened but they do not prove an organization is false for all.)

10)As principle of work differs, other organizations expand as no. of users increase but GQ collapses as all users join it. (I agree that business opportunity to make money through GQ would collapse, but we can’t claim that GQ will also collapse as it may diversify its business if one approach doesn’t work)

CONCLUSION: It’s true that there is nothing illegal in GQ (As per facts available till now), you can earn fast and you have Good team support (As your up-lines earning also depends on your earning). But the main concern is that if you are ready to join GQ (As you are enthusiastic to earn more money), you should be knowing that 2/3 of the people who join below you will be in loses as these people would take a product (they won’t need) and won’t be able to earn back any money. Now you can attack me.
