The GREAT golden temple is the oldest train of India .it is the first train which travel firstly from AMRITSAR TO MUMBAI .I AM travel from homachal Pradesh to Chandigarh and goes to Ambala where I can got the train at 1:50 pm almost . I am travelling with my father to KoTA for coaching purpose I am firstly travel on train journey starts from the GOLDEN TEMPLE MAIL

BUT I DONT LIKE TRAIN

HISTORY

Golden Temple Mail was known as Frontier Mail until September 1996. Before the Indian Partition, it was known to run between Peshawar on the frontier of British India along with Afghanistan.

NOE DAYS TRAVEL FROM MUMBAI TO AMRITSAR WITH NO 12904 AND BACK WITH NO 12903,

Golden Temple Mail is a superfast train that runs between Mumbai, Maharashtra and Amritsar, Punjab. This train plies on its designated route every day. 12904/Golden Temple Mail starts from Amritsar Junction and arrives at Mumbai Central the next day. However, on the reverse route, the train number changes from 12904 to 12903.

MAIN DISADVANTAGES OF THIS TRAIN

1 ITS SUPERFAST BUT ALWAYS LATE

2 ITS HAVING MANY STOPAGES

3*( SECURITY SERVICE IS POOR

4 SO MANY THEFT INCIDENTS are also happens in this train

I am feeling so tired by this journey and reached Kota station by 3hours late at 5pm on next day.

Golden Temple Mail is the most commonly used train service for passengers traveling from not just Punjab, but also the capital of India, Delhi when they want to go to Mumbai. It has been known for its prompt schedule and on time arrival except situations when it is beyond their control to arrive in time like fog, technical faults, etc.

SO THESE faults are acvouted in front of pessenger and train doent provide good service.

My opinion

My opinion is that pls don't travel by this train uur journey is long it stops also so many small station and always be late .

GOLDEN temple is the oldest and give us service from 186 years its very good train but govt gives him so many stations this train should be superfast because the train is our heritage its our oldest train .

And increse the coaches

Todays train system I only the problem which is of seats if any one should travel urgently so he cannot get a seat and going to witing least whats is this trains booking are start from almost 20-25 days before

Why the railway department took some action towards thus

So we carefull when travelling from trains with uur luggages mainly.
