I used goibibo last time to book a travel holiday.
Interface - The user interface of the website is very clumsy and does not look very presentable and easy to operate.
Cost - The cost of booking via go ibibo is very high compared to other booking websites.
Customer care - It is not upto the mark. I had to contact them many times in case of a query.
Actual travel - Stay at the hotel was average.
Extra feature - They give points on every booking which can be used on next booking but they have restrictions and very less points can be used for flights. Hotel booking accepts 25% of the booking amount as points which is good.
Overall, I did not like the website. I will suggest to not use it.
