This is to bring to your notice that I booked a room for myself in chennai at Raj Park on 13th July with Ibibo confirmation number HTL3XW3RUY
upon arrival at the hotel, they denied any booking for me they infact told me that the information has been passed on to Go Ibibo, however, I was not contacted about this, I reached the hotel at 2200 hrs, stranded in the city with no rooms available, neither were rooms available in any other hotel due to some event in chennai
I spoke to Ibibo call centre who promised to sort this within half an hour and give me an alternate, its more than 24 hours now, I havent heard from them.
Not sure whom to blame here for screwing my trip? with absolute no attention to what the customer is going through, no ownership
would strongly recommend not to look at their discounts alone and get fooled, look for service to avoid bad experiences like these.
