I booked a hotel sidharth in shimla through goibibo on 7th jan, check in date 13th jan and check out 15th jan, after I tried to call Mr kuldeep hotel sidharth's owner from 10th jan(almost 10 time per day) but didnt pic my single call, so I ask for refund on 11th jan, every body knows that the weather condition of shimla is not good people stucked there from last few days without electricity and water so I decided to ask for refund, and I tried to call goibibo for the same and they said it is a non refundable booking so I ask for date change after that on 12th Jan at 11: 00 pm by chance goibibo executive mr rajneesh reached to mr kuldeep only for once in which he said you can come shimla but there is some problem in electricity and water supply as it is very late so I ask goibibo executive mr rajneesh for date change then again he tried mr kuldeep's phone but again kuldeep was not reachable after a long discussion with goibibo executive he insure me not to worry we will help you, then I clearly ask him what if hotel denied for date change as it is a non refundable booking, what should I do then he insure me not to worry we will take a necessary step and help you and refund your amount, after check in date passes the behavior of executive change and after that they people denied for date change and refund also and just because of goibibo I cancelled my trip I applied for leave in advance from my office for Friday then its one day lost for me, and now I am following up till now through mail and calls and now goibibo put every thing on hotel and said we will not refund you amount because hotel denied for refund, I want ask one question what is the role of goibibo in between if you are not able to help customer or take any responsibility then whats the need of your service,


why you registered these kind of hotel under your name who are not even received call from customer, how could customer trust you .you are not able to pic a single call how could you provide services to customer


all in this only one person suffer that is me(customer) because goibibo said I will not able to do any thing because hotel is not ready for refund I want to ask you I paid the amount on your portal so I want my refund from you I dnt knw about what hotel said.


please right on your portal in bold in case customer will face any problem we are not able to help you.so take care of yourself only.i suggest other not to use goibibo .go for other website .


I have more than 15 mails and call recording in which I request many time for refund but your executive replied me hotel denied as per the hotel policy its non refundable booking.then clarify me is any thing mentioned in your policy about the misconduct, or if hotel will not respond to customer then what goibibo will do or any thing any issue faced my customer then what will you guys do to help us
