I had purchased the said SEVD 2400 Video Door Phone in November’09 from a dealer in Gurgaon – Hardware Place.
However there is a fault in the machine as every time the power goes off and comes back in the mall the bell in the VDF rings. Also the adapter pin when pluged into the VDF causes sparking.
I had reported this to Hardware place who gave me the no. of Mr. Sanjay from your distributor who would come and repair accordingly.
For the past 15 days we have called him repeatedly and everytime he assures us that he would come and rectify the problem – but never shows up. We have also spoken with Mr. Naman Gupta of ProSales who assured us that he would send Sanjay. But that has not happened yet.
In fact now Sanjay does not even take our calls.
This customer service from Godrej is disappointing to say the least.
