This is in reference to the complaint Bearing number Q2301882035, we admire the service provided by the company like Godrej but this is to your kind notice that we are very unsatisfied with the services and process of Godrej.
We have earlier complained about the same problem and at that time your technician suggested us to change the gasket of the refrigerator and the problem will be solved, we agreed with the same and asked the guy to change the gasket.
Despite many calls to the technician he delayed the change process of gasket (He left the gasket at his home and sometimes other excesses) anyhow the problem got resolved for a time but the leakage started again and we complained about the same.
So, just wanted to know one thing if the same problem is sustained within a particular time period how can you charge us again for visiting ( this time it was just to fix the pipe).
The guy my wife talked to Mr. Harbaksh Singh 92164-11881 (Area Incharge) and Ms. Neha 9876831467 (Service center Manager) is giving her threats to file a police complaint.
This is not the way to talk to a pregnant lady.
Any hows, it was a great experience with Godrej, hoping not to continue with any other product of Godrej.
