I'm not gonna write about the product here as Godrej Product but when it comes to dealing with customer satisfaction i'm badly dissatisfied. I didnt expect such attitude frm sales( Mr.Arun-+91-9899134081)n mechanic n customer care support n back office(+91-7289816541)
I'd booked Ac on 25 April 2017 under the scheme of TPDDL but till today AC nt installed today, one time they came to uninstal my old ac n aftr 5days or so deliver the product that too when I cald tons of tym to d Sales person n back office n customer care n when I asked for head office no thet cut the phone and other momnt saying mechanuc is on way but he too nt cm even waited for moe than 2hours(hav to cover hardly 10kms) n they at end i'd asked them to refund my amount n take ur Ac along with them.at d end I just wanted to say, service provided to customer should completed readonable time and they should hear our grievances to sort the same not haraading us by disconnecting or ignoring us.hope cmpany will take proper action so that such incident will not happen again to other customer.
