My Goa Trip. Review on Goa

We visited Goa for our honeymoon from 11th of feb - 15th of Feb, 2007. It was a lovely experience which I would like to share. We reached Goa by GoAir flight at around 2 pm. From station to our hotel it took around 2 hours. We stayed at Allegra Beach Resort in Candolim beach. We have taken a package tour from Travelguru(not good travel operator). It includes one day North goa and one day South Goa tour. We found South Goa beaches more beautiful than North. Goa is very good place for people having good Non veg appetite. Though you can get all sort of food there.

Our tour guide also took us to many temples. Third day we have taken our own tour to Doodsagar which is just outside Goa near to Karnataka border. Its a lovely place with water fall and jungle trip. While coming back we visited Spice garden and had our lunch there. I recommend whosoever goes to Goa must visit these spice gardens.

Things to remember a) Take less luggage b) Less Jwellery c) Floaters and light dress(bermuda or cargos) are must d) Suncreen lotion with SPF 30 e) Good digital camera. Famous beach to visit are a) Calangute b) Baga c) Anjuna d) Colva(South Goa).

Things you can purchase Handicraft items, T shirts, phenui(kind of liquor) but having many health benefits, dry fruits specially cashews) .Best time to visit is November - Jan. Enjoy
