There are so many energy powders available in the market. and I don't know how can we measure their effectiveness. But I always like to be safe. So I drink lots of water in these too hot weather to be safe and survive during travelling. I had visited Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur where temperature is 40-46 degree. and most of the tourist placed closed at 5pm. so I had no option to visit them in hot sunny day. so I used to drink 3-4 time water with Glucon D and I feel safe mentally.
