Have done a movement from HSR to Bellandur, Glovve had given guarantee of good service but have given the assignment to a local vendor who had no clue of medium size movement. Wrong commitment by Glovve. I suggest to go for local vendor rather. In 6500 I got the worst service

As per our conversation by our quality team with you we apologize for the fact that it was not communicated to you that you were offered Bronze service at Rs 6500/- We also offer premium quality service (Silver & Gold Quality). Our bronze service is really for people who want to move at low cost and therefore the site supervisor was not able to speak in Hindi/English which you expected. This led to a communication issue leading to some dissatisfaction at your end. We have now taken your feedback and advised our Move Consultants to ensure that they talk about our Silver service offerings as well for customers who want English speaking site supervisors as part of the packer team. You also said that you wanted the boxes to be labeled with the details of the content etc. All this is part of the Silver & Gold service offering which now we feel would have been the right service quality you were expecting.
