I am extremely unhappy with the quality of service rendered by this portal. Had ordered for a Rakhi and a watch. The gift reached 2 days late than promised and to make matter worse, only the Rakhi as delivered, that too it was the wrong Rakhi. The watch was not delivered, it took me to contact the customer service to get a response stating that the watch ordered is not available.
This was supposed to be a Rakhi gift and thanks their unreliable service, this Rakhi has been ruined. Now I am struggling to get the reimbursement. Kindly stay away from this portal.
