Hi friends, here I want to share what I had done when I was suffering with the problem of pimples on me face. I used to take 1 glass of warm water with trifala churn two times a day, in a morning and at evening, this helps in digestion. Secodly I used to take juice of lauki in morning at breakfast. With this remedies pimples disappears within a week gyes. Believe me this short and sure solution for pimples. So girls please try this at home if u r also suffering from pimples. And also drink water sufficientely with daily some excercise. Use basan and milk paste as a scrub for your face. Do all these things u will definetely get relief from the pimples because I got it.
