Corroded System at GENPACT, Bengaluru. Review on Genpact

Very recently one of our team mate(very senior person with 18+ years of experience) was harassed and eventually fired from the company(Surya Park, Electronic City, Bengaluru).

This person is coming with placard every now and then and standing in front of the company, placards reading

SatyaMeva Jayathe

I was harassed by Genpact

I was ill-treated by Genpact

I was illegally fired from Genpact

I want Justice

etc etc He was also carrying poison bottle with him.

This has never happened before, He is doing peaceful protest in front of the company, but company is calling local Police station and harassing our protesting team mate.

He was hired as'Expert' and was treated like'TRASH", was harassed by sub-standard managers who are no match to him in experience, technology & attitude.

After this incident, many of the team members are leaving the company fearing similar treatment by the sub-standard managers and even more sub-standard HR team which are just puppet of these sub standard manager. Even I tendered resignation and relocated myself to another city. There is increased'regional politics' & linguistic based treatment. North Indians want to treat South Indians as SLAVES.

Genpact was a great company, now it is no more, many mid-level managers are behaving like'Masters' and they want their sub-ordinates to behave like'SLAVES" or they will thrown out of the company as HR system does not exist.

Please avoid GENPACT, this was good company, but right now the company is VERY BAD and many responsible managers are not adhering to core values of the company.

Specifically, avoid TEAM called ANALYTICS, they have offices in Bellandur & Suryapark(E-City). Avoid if you get a call/email from Radhika(HR MANAGER) .

To CEO Tiger Srinivasan: Some of the managers are behaving like'Kings' of Kingdoms, you have good desire to build good world class company, but some irresponsible managers holding responsible positions will not allow this to happen. Minimum thing employees expect is fair treatment, It was horrendous experience the way a senior manager was treated and thrown out of Genpact right in front of my eyes, I got panicked and put papers in just three days of the incident. GENPACT also harassed him after leaving the company at Local police station(I was told).

Shame on Genpact, Few people are SPOILING the NAME of GOOD COMPANY
