I booked a geniee cab at Hyderabad on 01 August 2014 for going to railway station in the early morning at 4.45 AM. I booked previous night and they accepted booking. Also in the early morning, I received SMS giving the driver name and mobile no. But when I contacted the driver, he told that he could not come and then switched off the mobile.
I desperately tried to contact Geniee cab and they told that they are looking in to the matter. But no action was taken. I was very worried because I had to catch a train and time was running out. Fortunately, I could make an alternate arrangement.
But this kind of unprofessional service can put a customer in deep trouble. One may miss flight or train depending on them. So be careful about Geniee cab at Hyderabad.
