Aarohi BPO . Review on General Views on Call Centers

Hey Looking to work like a slave join Aarohi BPO

Aarohi BPO, as the name suggest, these guyz claim themselfs to be an international call centers.But its not their fault, its their pathetic mentality.

The whole story started couple of months back.I was working with one of the leading international BPO in gurgaon.One of my friend came up to my house hang out.After having couple of pags, he suggested me that as I have a very good capability to grow, why don't a join an upcoming BPO wherein I could get a faster growth.He convinced me to join so called'AAROHI BPO'.

Intially the management was quite approachable( only the CEO was in the management team ha ha ha ha).They were operating in a leased out facility in Gurgaon.And we were promised that we would be shifting to our own facility very soon.

Couple of months down the line the company shifted to its own facility.But these months all the employees had to beg for the salary(only 7 guyz working).We never used to get our salary before 20th of every months.'want to know the reason?They wanted to control the attrition rate'as no one would ever leave their 20 days salary AND if by any chance you give the resignation letter, you would never ever get the salary.

Because of this fuc problem my dog died as she was waiting to get vaccinated, and I was waiting for my salary, which never came on time.

My bike which was financed was siezed by the bank because I never got the salary on time, so that I can pay the installments.My credit rating was fuc up because I was never ever able to paynone of my bills on time.My landlord asked me to leave the house, as I was never able to pay the rent on time.

Now these guyz are operating in South Ex where they are operating in two bed room flat.They are not registered anywhere.They do not have any salary breakup, the company pays consolidated salary(which is illegal).

Finally just to sum up the whole thing, AAROHI BPO ARE THE BLOOD SUCKERS
