A website reflects an organization in a broader sense. It must incorporate all those features an organization possesses. A website must include all the functions carried out by the corresponding organization in the form of menus. However, general menus of a website are About Us, Services, News, Help and Contact Us.
About Us menu displays information about the company in a nutshell. It outlines details of the company such as its main functions, year of establishment and target customers along with current assignments. The Home menu, in turn, consists of submenus like Our Vision, Our Team and Board of Directors.
Our Vision submenu of the website enlists strategic goals of the organization. It lays emphasis on the factors the organization has set, in order to propel it to greater standards. The website must contain auxiliary details such as the targets the organization would like to achieve in the near future.
Our Team submenu consists of the information about the members of both technical and customer service teams who are involved in developing the website. It outlays, in brief, the basic functionalities of each and every team member and their contributions in creating the website, both before and after its launch.
Board of Directors submenu includes information about the profiles of the company’s top-level officials in the website. It starts right from the General Manager to all the other officials who are included in the Board of Directors such as Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
