BrowseMedic - Online Medical Information

I have read enough about Latent Semantic Indexing(LSI) and all that mumbo jumbo Search Engines dole out. Briefly LSI translates to the linguistics technique when you type - for example, "Woman Hair style" LSI equipped Search Engine(Google is) will offer related results for "Girl Hairstyle", "Lady Hairstyle", "Feminine Hairstyle" and so on.

When it comes to searching for information on health care topics, the situation is a lot complicated. Medical terms use a lot of phrases whose root is in Latin, Greek or other classical languages. Mapping words in such cases is very convoluted.

I chanced upon this website when my doc said that I suffer from a condition called as Fatty Liver and that I must avoid food rich in iron amongst other items like - fat and alcohol.  I was looking for information  on excess accumulated iron, known as   "Haemochromatosis". I typed in Hemochromatosis into https://Browsemedic.com and  it led me correctly to more information  in  a chain of  pages.

It is impressive for a lay user like me to find such specialized information about our health in simple lucid English - bereft of medical jargon.  Worth a visit and Book mark.
