I have always been a time stealer for reading. Review on General Tips on Stealing Time to Read

I am among those fortunate people, who open their eyes surrounded by books.At my childhood I remember, 4 daily newspapers, 1weekly paper( blitz), and many magazines, suitable as per age Champak, Chandamama in English, Nandan, Parag in Hindi for kids.There were magazines like Sarika, Kadambini, Navneet, Illustrated weekly etc.

Oh I got nostalgic, in nut shell apart from many quality books these printed gifts were regular.

So, with so much to read, along with other activities, playing in the play ground, flying kites, cycling  it used to be a challenge to get time for reading this marvelous gifts.

Some tricks those most of the time worked:

1, When you have guest, mention the book(you left half way to attend them), and the moment they show a little interest, fetch the book, continue reading on the pretext of sharing some thing interesting.

1. In most of the house holds you are called to dine while there is time in getting food served, come to the table with the book and make your mom/ wife, / whoever is going to serve that you are in the middle of something and you Will close the book as soon as food is served( and keep your words, so you will be granted this time without nagging.)

   
   




2. Commuting and waiting time can be turned to reading time, whenever its safe to indulge in this addiction.

   
   




3. If you can be multitasking, then ask mom that you will take care of boiling milk( develop a sense of timing to prevent milk from spilling), soon you will master this art.

   
   

5.Keep some if your favorite stuff in your phone and when its necessary to sit in an informal group, instead of indulging in bitching or useless blah blah keep on reading  from your phone.

1. When you need to drive your mom to her friend you are not much required there then instead of killing your time in formal hello gggggggs, better stay in your car and read.

   
   




2. The mall or shopping of ladies is a universal time eater, be sweet,  accompany your folks for a while andthen fix a spot to meet after their shopping, I bet the moment you say " no hurry, take your own sweet time" you are like an Angle to them.You will get some goodies along with your stolen time.
