We are having nightmare with Airtel DTH services, its kind of scam this service provider. I've had signal problem and registered a complaint a technician visits my place after 3 days.
He checks setup box, checks wiring, checks dish if it is firmly fixed everything was fine.
And he asks me to go check the TV, in few minutes it becomes alright. Technician says it was dish problem but the dish was firm and moreover there were 20 other dishes next to my dish which did not have any problem. However the technician charged me Rs.150/- after lot of argument and with no other option I paid.
After one month I am having same problem and customer care say I don't have an option than to pay. Moreover I have lost 3 days of services last month and three days of service current month for which I have already paid without signal or technician visiting my place. I am cancelling my service and will go with local cable operator or with any other service provider.
